Aerobic Kickboxing
Age: 15+

Want a high energy, fun way to exercise? Then this class is for you! Aerobic Kickboxing is great for toning muscles, strengthening your cardiovascular system, and losing weight.
Cardio Sculpt/Body Conditioning
Age: 15+

Coed aerobics activity for fitness with a combination of aerobics and muscle toning activities. Both men and women can benefit from the program that helps to make men more "buffed" and women more shapely while becoming more fit. A good way to help reduce the effects of aging and make your heart healthy! Work at your own level from easy to advanced.
Jazzercise (dance aerobics)
Age: 15+

Get fit and have fun with this dance inspired fitness class that is sure to get your energy level up. This class is designed to use basic dance steps and aerobic workout to get a total body workout.
Aerobics
Age: 15+

It's time to get in shape. In class you will get an overall workout with emphasis on toning muscle, gaining strength, and increasing flexibility, while improving cardiovascular level.
Pilates
Age: 15+

Come and learn the basics of Pilates mat work! This exercise technique can be used to strengthen and tone your abs, hips and thighs. This class promotes flexibility, agility, good posture, and body awareness.
Child Aerobics
Age: 5+

Kids come out and enjoy this fun aerobics class. Learn all the basics of fitness while doing something good for your body. This class will help you to keep your body lean and fit in a friendly environment.
Yoga
Age: 15+

Learn deep relaxation techniques that can remove the stress from your day in this beginning level yoga class. The basic moves of yoga can enhance you physically, mentally, and emotionally to make each day more beautiful. Come learn these great techniques in a relaxing atmosphere.
Step aerobics
Age: 15+

Take a step towards improving your cardiovascular level and get into shape with this aerobics class. This is a basic step aerobics class that enhances moves with the use of a step that can be set to you desired height.
Little Ninja Fitness Fun
Age: 3-4
Age: 4-5

This fun-filled class will give your child a fun workout! Each little ninja will learn basic warm-up exercises, karate moves, and fitness exercises. This is a great way to give the student a chance to use his/her energy in a positive way.
Beg/Intermediate Karate
Age: 5+

This is a traditional Japanese style of Karate that combines Japanese style culture, philosophy, history and language. Katas (forms) and tournament style kumite (sparring) are taught. Class includes self-defense and stresses the importance of self-confidence and mental discipline.
Family Karate
Age: 5+

A good physical activity for the whole family! This class promotes healthy activities for family and stresses the importance of exercise.
Adult Karate
Age: 18+

This is a traditional Japanese style of Karate that combines Japanese style, culture, philosophy, history and language. This class provides an atmosphere that allows adults to learn the art of karate. Class includes self-defense while stressing the importance of self-confidence and mental discipline.
Dodgeball
Age: 10+

Learn the basics of this fast paced and fun filled game. This is a popular sport that is fun, good for your health, and provides a game for both boys and girls to enjoy any time of the year.
Basketball
Age: 5+

Adult: 18+
Learn the basics of this well known sport. This class is designed to teach the basics such as ball handling skills, shooting, defensive skills, and the rules of the game. Come and learn for the first time or improve the skills you already have.
Soccer
Age: 5+

Adult: 18+
This fast paced and fun filled game is available to both boys and girls of all ages. This sport is a great way to keep fit or get into shape all while having fun. This class will teach the basic skills of the game and improve coordination while promoting teamwork.
Softball
Age: 5+

Adult: 18+
Ever wanted to learn to hit, field, and pitch like the pros? Here is your opportunity to learn the basics of softball like hitting, throwing, catching, base running, and much more. This is a great sport that includes individual skills as well as teamwork.
Flag Football
Age: 5+

Adult: 18+
Flag football is an excellent and safe opportunity to learn the basics of football. This class is designed to teach the rules, positions, and many different plays that the game has. This class will keep you fit and is open to both boys and girls of all ages.
Tennis
Level 1 - Ages 5-10
Level 2 - Ages 11-14
Level 3 - Ages 15+

Tennis is for everyone! Learn this great sport. The basic techniques such as groundstrokes, serves, rules and etiquette will be covered.
Volleyball
Age: 5+

Adult: 18+
Volleyball is a fast paced sport available for all people to play. This class will teach the basics of volleyball including passing, digging, hitting, blocking, and setting. Start your journey to the fun of volleyball with this class that is sure to be fun.
Cheerleading
Level 1 - Ages 5-12
Level 2 - Ages 13+

This energetic class will get you up and going. Learn the latest cheerleading moves and put together a cheer routine. Improve your coordination and balance while having fun.
Hula Dancing
Level I - Ages 5-10
Level 2 - Ages 10+

Picture palm trees, the gentle sea breeze, and the warm tropical sun while you learn the basic hula techniques. Each student will learn Hawaiian history of the songs and chants. This class is designed for all levels. This is your chance to learn this graceful and beautiful dance!
Tap/Ballet
Ages: 5+

Get your toes taping with this fun-filled class. Learn the basics of tap dancing and ballet techniques. Have fun with the graceful moves and improve your coordination and balance.

Salsa Dancing
Ages: 15+

Salsa is the hottest Latin dance in the nightclubs today. Join this high energy class, socialize and have lots of fun. All the basics will be covered: salsa rhythm, footwork, leading, following, patterns, shine steps, and pattern combinations. Come as a couple or alone, we will change partners at times.
Hip Hop/Jazz Dance
Ages: 5+

Learn the newest dance steps that will keep you moving and grooving to the latest hip hop and pop hits. This class is a great way to improve your grace, coordination, and self-confidence all while having fun and listening to great music.
Bellydancing
Ages: 13+

Let this relaxing class teach you the beautiful art of bellydancing. This age old art includes the graceful movements, calming music, and fun for all that are interested.
